Cancellation/Refund by ISP

BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any broadband plan at any given point of time due to low enrollment or any other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GATIK BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED cancels the broadband plan, customers will be offered a full refund. GATIK BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED also reserves the right to either issue a full refund or transfer the same amount to broadband plan in the immediate future date. Unless specifically stated, the deadline to receive a refund for a transaction is 30 business days.

Cancellation/Refund by Participant

Cancellation is allowed only when the customer has notified the wrong payment or wrong broadband plan selection with in 4Hrs of the transaction via email to accounts@gatikbs.in & support@gatikbs.in ; else, the transaction shall be considered as legit & refund shall not be entertained at any circumstances. . Unless specifically stated, the deadline to receive a refund for a transaction is 30 business days. Service tax amount shall be excluded in all the refund cases. Cancellations request received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the customer/payee only. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card/debit card/Bank A/C number used for payment.

Special Note: These above policies apply to all GATIK BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED customers unless or otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly. Any discrepancy in the accounts shall be brought to GATIK BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED notice within 15 days of any transaction unless or otherwise settlements are not entertained.
